Meaghan P. Alleyne concentrates her practice on the defense of complex product liability and personal injury litigation. She represents manufacturers and corporations in high-stakes disputes involving industrial and specialty equipment as well as consumer products. Her experience spans the full scope of litigation, from early pre-trial investigation through trial preparation and resolution.
In addition to her product liability work, Meaghan has significant experience in insurance defense, where she represented businesses in a wide range of claims, including premises liability, auto liability, and workplace accident cases. She regularly handled high-exposure matters on behalf of insured clients, applying thorough case analysis and strategic advocacy to secure successful resolutions.
Drawing on a diverse legal background, Meaghan also has experience in intellectual property, estates, family law, and sports law. This versatility provides her with a broad perspective when counseling clients and navigating multifaceted cases.
In addition to her litigation practice, Meaghan contributes to the legal profession as a Grader for the New York State Board of Law Examiners, where she evaluates bar candidates across the state. This role reflects both her mastery of substantive law and her commitment to maintaining high professional standards within the legal community.
Meaghan graduated magna cum laude from SUNY Buffalo Law School in 2016, ranking in the top ten percent of her class. She earned her B.A. cum laude from SUNY Geneseo in 2013. She is admitted to practice in New York State and is an active member of the New York State Bar Association and Erie County Bar Association.
