Patrick Kelly brings over 30 years of experience in real estate transactions. In addition to representing purchasers and sellers in residential transactions, he represents builders, developers and investors in a wide variety of commercial transactions. He acts as examining counsel for a major title insurance company, as well as closing counsel to residential and commercial lending institutions.
Patrick also counsels families and business owners in a wide variety of wealth management and asset protection matters, by creating tools and strategies to help protect them, their families, and their assets, ranging from business and partnership agreements, succession planning, trust planning for estate purposes or for asset protection, as well as a variety of elder law issues.
Patrick was counsel to a local town and village for over 15 years. As a result, he has a strong background into land use and zoning matters.
